Arthur Rubin is the founding attorney of Arthur Rubin & Associates, PLLC.  Mr. Rubin is well versed in Family Law and has years of experience litigating complex Family Law matters. Arthur Rubin earned his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2010 and was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2011.

Soon after earning his degree, Mr. Rubin was hired by the New York City Administration for Children's Services, where he represented the City of New York in child abuse and neglect proceedings.  Over the years working for the City, Attorney Arthur Rubin conducted over one hundred complex trials and hearings, gaining invaluable litigation experience.   

In 2014, Arthur Rubin joined the New York City Department of Finance as an Administrative Law Judge. As an Administrative Law Judge, he conducted hundreds of hearings and gained significant experience in administrative legal process. 

In 2015, Mr. Rubin was certified by the Appellate Division Second Judicial Department to the Queens County Attorneys for the Children/Assigned Counsel Panel.  In this capacity, Attorney Arthur Rubin zealously represents indigent clients and children in all areas of Family Law, including child abuse and neglect, custody, child support, visitation, family offenses/orders of protection, paternity, guardianship, special immigration juvenile status, termination of parental rights and juvenile delinquency.
